Thai police named a new suspect on Wednesday in connection with the bombing of a popular shrine in Bangkok, which killed 20 people and injured more than 120 others. Authorities issued an arrest warrant for Emrah Davutoglu, a Turkish man who is believed to be the husband of the Thai suspect Wanna Suansan, according to police spokesperson Prawut Thavornsiri. Davutoglu, the eight suspect named, has been charged with possession of war materials without permission. Police declined to discuss his alleged involvement in the blast. Authorities allegedly found bombmaking materials at the apartment of Wanna, a 26-year-old Muslim Thai national from the country's southern Phang Nga province.
