Hillary Clinton says she turned over all work-related emails to the State Department, even certifying that under penalty of perjury to a federal judge in August. Now the AP reports that Obama administration officials have found emails exchanged between Clinton and David Petraeus that she did not turn over. The exchanges took place between Jan. 10, 2009 (before she took office on Jan. 21) and Feb. 1. The emails are described as discussing personnel issues and containing no classified information. Clinton's campaign has previously said it gave the State Department all emails from March 2009 onwards because that's when she started using her homebrew system, which is challenged by the fact of the AP report.
