Police have officially filed charges against four men suspected of firing upon a crowd of Black Lives Matters protesters last week in Minneapolis. Allen Lawrence Scarsella, who allegedly pulled the trigger, injuring several people, was charged on Monday with assault with a dangerous weapon. He and three accomplices involved also face riot charges. The four men are set to make a court appearance on Tuesday afternoon. According to criminal complaints, they went to the protest in order to stir up the crowd and were asked to leave before firing the first shots.
