Holder: Biggest Failure Was Gun Control

In an interview with Tina Brown, Eric Holder said his “biggest failure” during his tenure as attorney general was his inability to implement tougher gun control. He noted that this topic took on a more urgent nature “in light of the mass shootings we saw all the time that I was attorney general” and in particular the one at Sandy Hook. President Obama has recently made steps toward strengthening gun controls, taking executive actions that require stricter background checks.
