Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Thursday warned of the consequences of the White House’s directive mandating that public schools allow transgender pupils to use the bathroom of their gender identity. “This opens the door with all kinds of issues with men deciding one day they want to be women and then switching back the next day,” Paxton said on Fox & Friends. Eleven states, including Texas, filed a lawsuit against the Obama administration Wednesday over the new bathroom rules, accusing the federal government of turning schools into “laboratories for a massive social experiment.”
