Baltimore Police Lt. Brian Rice, the highest-ranking officer charged in the death of Freddie Gray, has been found not guilty on all counts. He is the third officer to be acquitted in the high-profile case. Rice was found not guilty of reckless endangerment, involuntary manslaughter, and misconduct in office. Gray died after suffering a spinal injury while being transported in a police van in 2015.
