Sumner Redstone will give up his voting role on the board of Viacom Inc. following the company’s upcoming annual gathering. The 93-year-old mogul, whose health has rapidly deteriorated in recent years, will continue to attend meetings and retain his title after the Feb. 6 shareholder meeting. This past February, Redstone gave up his title as chairman of Viacom, now holding the title of chairman emeritus.
