Frequent voice on “The Howard Stern Show,” Joey Boots, was found dead on Friday night. Boots invented the catchphrase “Baba Booey,” which earned him a large following on the program. The 49-year-old, whose real name is Joseph Bassolino, was found unresponsive in a chair in his apartment about 9:45 p.m. in New York City. Fellow show personality High Pitch Erik reportedly discovered Boots' body. He was pronounced dead on the scene, and an autopsy will be performed. The New York Daily News reports that there was no obvious trauma.
