A Wisconsin man who allegedly broke into a gun store, stole weapons, and left an anti-government manifesto threatening to attack public officials or a school, has been captured. Joseph Jakubowski was taken into custody early Friday morning near Beloit, Wisconsin, police said. Law enforcement reportedly received a tip about Jakubowski’s whereabouts Thursday night, leading to his capture. Investigators said Jakubowski mailed a 161-page manifesto to President Donald Trump rambling about government and religion. The manhunt led to school closures and Gov. Scott Walker to cancel his annual Easter Egg Hunt.
