A trainee pilot is now the 16th person to be arrested in connection to the Manchester bombing. The 23-year-old has been held on suspicion of terror offenses in West Sussex. The attack at an Ariana Grande concert last week killed 22 people—many of them young girls—and wounded dozens more. A neighbor told reporters that the arrested man had come from Libya more than a year ago. “He said he was training to be a pilot at Shoreham Airfield and he had just completed doing that,” she said. “I am really, really shocked by this. I can't believe he had been arrested.”
