All the e-mails Hillary Clinton sent and received during her tenure as Secretary of State have been wiped clean, according to Rep. Trey Gowdy, who is chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi and currently investigating Clinton. She is being investigated for using a private e-mail account while employed by the U.S. Government. It is unclear exactly when the contents of the account was erased, but Gowdy says it “appears she made the decision after October 28, 2014, when the Department of State for the first time asked the Secretary to return her public record to the Department.” Clinton had turned over 30,000 e-mails and her attorney says the 900 pages pertaining to the attacks on Benghazi cover its request.
