Claire Martin is a writer and editor whose work has appeared in many leading publications, including The New York Times, Outside, Los Angeles Times magazine, National Geographic Adventure, Women's Health, and Men's Journal. Martin is the former travel editor of Outside and was deputy editor of Men's Journal. She teaches writing at UCLA.
