Louise Roug Bokkenheuser is foreign editor of Newsweek and The Daily Beast. Previously, she was host of The Globe, a daily foreign affairs program on Radio24syv in Copenhagen. She has also worked as a foreign and national correspondent for The Los Angeles Times, living in Baghdad and the Middle East for several years. She is a Pulitzer finalist and a recipient of a Hal Boyle Award from the Overseas Press Club. Her book, What Doesn't Kill You, was published in 2010.
