No one beats the Barefoot Contessa in the kitchen thanks to her attainable and amazing recipes.
Other than mine? I don't really have a favorite, but I do love books that promote simple cooking, like my own. I like the Barefoot Contessa books because the recipes feel like I can do them. I also am a big fan of local church cookbooks. You get some of the best recipes from them.
