Dr. Luke and his record label claim they've given approval to Kesha to perform at this Sunday's Billboard Music Awards, several days after it was reported that the mega-producer had pulled the plug on her gig. "Now that Kemosabe has obtained assurances, that it is relying upon, from Kesha, her representatives and Dick Clark Productions that neither Kesha nor her supporters will use the performance as such a platform, the approval has been restored," Kemosabe Records told the Associated Press on Thursday. Kesha was planning to perform Bob Dylan's "It Ain't Me Babe" including some undisclosed statement against Dr. Luke, whom she's engaged in an extensive legal battle over sexual assault allegations and contractual issues.
