On the heels of the United Kingdom’s decision to leave the European Union, top EU foreign ministers are urging the country to get out as soon as possible. Representatives from six of the EU’s founding nations—Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands—held an urgent meeting on Saturday, telling reproters afterward that the exit process should be fast-tracked. “We say here together, this process should get under way as soon as possible so that we are not left in limbo but rather can concentrate on the future of Europe,” German Foreign Minister Frank-Waler Steinmeier said at the summit in Berlin.
