The FBI is trying to determine the cause of death of 2-year-old Madeline Samaan-Fay and her father, Mourad Samaan, whose bodies were found in an SUV in a remote area of El Dorado County, California. Police believe Samaan kidnapped the girl last Sunday after learning that his ex-wife had gained full custody of her. An Amber Alert was issued Friday.
