San Francisco police are hunting for four suspects believed to be involved in Tuesday’s shooting of four students at the edge of a small high school’s campus. The incident, which took place outside the June Jordan School for Equity in the city’s Excelsior District, began just as school was letting out. Three male students were hospitalized with gunshot wounds, as was a female student, who was reported to have life-threatening injuries. Police said the four male suspects, including at least one gunman, approached the school on foot and escaped after the attack. The gunfire sparked panic among teachers and students, who fled into the school to seek shelter. School officials said classes would resume Wednesday.
