What's in the Fabloids

A handful of tabloids this week lead with the ongoing saga of the titular heroes/parents of Jon and Kate Plus 8. All is (sort of) revealed about their "twisted marriage" after Octodad Jon Gosselin was accused of having an affair with a third-grade teacher also caught sunbathing on his lawn. Kate Gosselin's brother and sister-in-law weigh in, telling the reality-TV couple to "stop trading your marriage and family for fame and fortune." They reveal that Kate drew up a secret contract that allows Jon to have girlfriends on the side as long as he stays on the TLC show. On a sadder note, Farrah Fawcett's fight with cancer is profiled, and an insider tells the magazine that the Charlie's Angels star is living at the Malibu home of longtime love Ryan O'Neal. "He was always the love of her life. She couldn't imagine her life with anyone else," said a source. O'Neal told Meredith Vieira on Today that, "She's so much more of a woman... powerful, courageous, fearless. I look at her with awe." Farrah's Story, a documentary of her battle, airs May 15 on NBC.
