This week, President Obama named his Committee on the Arts and Humanities, and it involves some A-list names as well as industry types. In addition to Tony-winning Broadway producer Margo Lion, NYU Tisch School of the Arts director Mary Schmidt Campbell, and cellist Yo-Yo Ma, Obama
appointed several boldface names in entertainment . Actors Edward Norton, Forest Whitaker, Kerry Washington, Alfre Woodard, and Sarah Jessica Parker have been appointed, as well as Vogue Editor in Chief Anna Wintour, who we are sure will advise the president on the all-important issue of stiletto versus kitten heels, should the question ever arise.
