Tiger Woods, Ex-Husband
Since the fateful morning last year when Tiger Woods crashed his car, opening Pandora’s Box, he has lost three sponsors, seven consecutive tournaments, and finally, his No.1 ranking. Woods allegedly paid Elin Nordegren, his wife, anywhere from $100 million to $750 million in a divorce settlement and the couple now shares custody of their two children. It seemed, at some point, that Woods—and his game—would never recover from salacious stories of numerous affairs and drug-fueled sexual adventures with porn stars. But according to Woods, at least, he’s not doing all that bad. “I am not the same man I was a year ago. And that’s a good thing,” he wrote in a firsthand account of “How I’ve Redefined Victory” in the Nov. 17th issue of Newsweek.
