All were vanquished Tuesday night when an Affenpinscher was named Best in Show at the 137th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. Before a howling crowd at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, the monkey-faced Banana Joe won the top dog title—and trotted off into the history books.
