Inside the Chinese Factory Making Ivanka Trump’s Shoes
The irony of Donald Trump’s criticism of America outsourcing jobs to China is that his daughter Ivanka does just that. Her shoe line—sold in the United States at department stores like Nordstrom and Macy’s—is manufactured in Dongguan, in south China’s Guangdong province. Here, workers assemble on a production line at the Huajian shoe factory, where about 100,000 pairs of Ivanka Trump-branded shoes have been made over the years.
