Visit Google.com today and you’ll notice that its trademark “Google” is written in colorful spheres that scatter across the browser when you scroll over them. Why the change? The logo is written in a form of web coding tcalled CSS3, or "Cascading Style Sheet" elements. The Guardian writes, "The aim of the logo seems to be to draw attention to the importance of CSS3, an emerging standard which is being developed as the next version of the Web language HTML, called HTML5, is being ratified by the World Wide Web Consortium.” Some speculated that the logo was created to celebrate Google's 12th birthday; however, the company has shot down that theory and now some think it is a small, fun preview of whatever big search announcement that Google has in store for Wednesday is.
