One of Uber's biggest investors is turning against it. Google, which poured $258 million into the taxi startup in 2013, is apparently planning to launch its own ride-hailing service. According to an Uber source, this could create a rift between the two companies and Uber is considering asking Google's chief legal officer to resign from its board. The Google service will probably be connected to its driverless car project.
