Maybe Republicans are hoping Americans were too distracted by the Tom Cruise–Katie Holmes breakup to notice the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare in June. The GOP is resuming its efforts to repeal Obamacare, with Senate Republicans pushing for a vote this week to delay funding for the health-care law. And in the House, Rep. Paul Ryan said on Sunday he will include a repeal of Obamacare in his budget, which will be unveiled on Tuesday. But Republican governors nationwide have begun to embrace President Obama’s Medicare expansion as a way to deliver health care to the uninsured.
