An additional 4.5 million Honda cars have been recalled after Takata airbags are reported to have caused eight deaths in the company’s vehicles, bringing the auto maker’s total of recalled cars to 24.5 million. Tens of millions of cars with the faulty airbags have been recalled worldwide in the last seven years. On Wednesday, Nissan announced its first Takata airbag-related injuries.
