Hospital officials said on Thursday 12 people were killed and 70 others injured in a car bomb and attacks by ISIS militants in the Syrian Kurdish town of Kobani. ISIS fighters re-entered Kobani after Kurdish forces, aided by the U.S., seized control five months ago. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said a number of people were killed in the clashes.
