UN inspectors will be allowed “managed access” to military sites in Iran as part of a nuclear deal, a negotiator for the country announced on Sunday. That statement stands in direct contrast to earlier comments by the supreme leader, who vowed on Wednesday not to allow any inspection of Iran’s military sites. Iran is in talks with six world powers—the U.S., Russia, China, Britain, France, and Germany—to try and get a deal by June 30.
