A judge in Oregon ruled this week that taking photos up an underage girl’s skirt is somehow legal. 61-year-old Patrick Buono was cleared of charges even after he admitted to taking photos up the skirt of a 13-year-old girl at a Target. Buono allegedly followed the girl into the store, then “surreptitiously creeped up behind her and stuck a camera up her skirt.” The judge called the behavior “appalling” and “lewd,” but said, “From a legal point of view, which unfortunately today is my job to enforce, he didn’t do anything wrong.”
