Best Dressed: The Great Mulligan

It’s hard to top the beaded Prada dresses Carey Mulligan wears as Daisy in The Great Gatsby, but the dress she wore to the film’s New York premiere wasn’t so shabby either. Mulligan looked stunning in a strapless, red Lanvin double-bonded dress, black Brian Atwood sandals with round and pear-shaped diamond-cluster platinum earrings, and a Tiffany Legacy diamond platinum ring.

Best Dressed, Should Have Been in ‘Gatsby’: Florence Welch

While she contributed a song to the soundtrack, Florence Welch’s look at Gatsby’s New York premiere was such an enchanting throwback that she could have passed for a member of the cast. She wore a blue, beaded Miu Miu dress with an open back and a train.

Best Dressed in a Two Piece: Zoe Saldana

Zoe Saldana glowed at a Berlin photo call for Star Trek: Into the Darkness in a gray wool Calvin Klein skirt and top, which she paired with Jimmy Choo sandals and gold rings.

Best Dressed Man of the Week: Jay-Z

The brains behind the Gatsby soundtrack, Jay-Z looked perfectly turned out in a plaid suit at the film’s New York premiere.

Best Dressed, Flower Power: Katy Perry

So Prada had a good week. The official costumer of Gatsby, the brand hosted a star-studded party at its SoHo store that showed off costumes from the film. Even Katy Perry attended, who—after wearing a solid color to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner last week—has been looking surprisingly ladylike lately. She wore a head-to-toe look from Prada’s Fall 2013 collection.

Best Dressed, Ready for Spring: Kate Middleton

The duchess looked positively peachy in the custom-made ensemble she wore to visit the Naomi House Children’s Hospice in Winchester, England, on April 29.

Best Dressed, Daenerys Would Be Proud: Emilia Clarke

The Game of Thrones actress sure cleans up nice. Clarke wore a strapless, beaded Dior dress (and a Christian Louboutin clutch and shoes) to the 2013 Actor’s Fund Gala in New York earlier this week.

Worst Dressed, Fighting Butterflies: Rihanna

Rihanna looked pretty fierce—and also pretty strange—in this Mary Katrantzou shirt, black shorts, and gladiator sandals while out on a stroll in New York.

Worst Dressed, Missing a Shirt: Cara Delevingne

The provocative British model looked positively ridiculous in the belly-bearing top that read “Tokyo” in big, red letters, a low-riding, baby-blue suit that revealed her men’s underwear, and high-top sneakers she wore to attend the Beyoncé concert in London.

Worst Dressed, Married to the Mob: Kate Moss

It wasn’t Halloween, but Kate Moss channeled Mob Wives anyway in a strapless, black velvet dress, fur stole, and a pouf of hair that looked straight out of There's Something About Mary.

Worst Dressed, What Was She Thinking: Martha Stewart

On top, Martha Stewart appeared to be out for a nice Sunday stroll. On the bottom, she was all Richard Simmons dance class.
