Lindsay Lohan will stay away from the clink this time. The actress’ lawyer entered a plea deal on Wednesday on her behalf. Lohan pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft of a necklace from a Venice jewelry store, though she was not physically in court. During the hearing, the judge said that she believes Lohan has deep-rooted issues and that she self-medicates to deal with those problems. Though the actress will not get additional time for theft, she will be required to serve 120 days for violating probation, which she will be allowed to serve at home, wearing a monitoring bracelet. Lohan is likely to end up serving just 14 of those days. She will also have to attend psychological counseling. Once she completes her 480 hours of community service, her probation will be terminated, and that should be the last of her legal woes.
