Little Fockers, the third installment in the Meet the Parent franchise, topped the holiday box office this weekend, pulling in $48.6 million in the five days since its debut. The Coen Brothers’ critically acclaimed True Grit earned $36.8 million, which was not only the directing duo’s best opening ever, but it also landed it at No. 2 over Tron: Legacy, the expected box office runner up this weekend. Gulliver’s Travels came in a disappointing seventh, while the acclaimed Black Swan continued to do well in theaters, pulling in $6.6 million over the Christmas weekend alone.
