Let's hope she's already committed her New Year's resolutions to writing. After three months in rehab, Lindsay Lohan will check out of the Betty Ford Center Tuesday, said her father, Michael Lohan. A Beverly Hills judge set the earliest possible date for her release as January 3, to help the 24-year-old actress avoid New Year’s Eve partying. Lohan voluntarily checked herself into the Betty Ford Center on September 27, three days after a judge overturned another judge’s decision to send her to jail for violating her parole. But if Lohan violates the rules of the rehab program or fails a drug test before her next court date on February 25, she will be sent to jail for 180 days. Lohan’s recent, well-publicized scuffle with one of the rehab workers doesn't seem to have affected her release date.
