Mexican finance minister Luis Videgaray, who helped plan Donald Trump’s visit to the country, is stepping down. Several local reports claimed the entire trip was Videgaray’s idea. Officials said Wednesday that Videgaray will not be assuming another public position. Trump’s visit was widely viewed in the nation as a public-relations disaster for President Enrique Peña Nieto.
