As winter comes to a close, out come the spring launches from a multitude of brands. The newest launch on our radar is Madewell's first foray into footwear, the Sidewalk Sneaker.
Technically, they've put out sneakers before but they've always been collaborations with other brands. The Sidewalk sneaker, coming out of the gate with nine different colors for women and five for men, is their first standalone sneaker. The low-top profile isn't the most unique style, but not one I'm too sick of just yet. Get them in soft matte pastel monochrome canvas, black canvas, white leather, glitter-accented suede, embroidered canvas, or metallic leather.
All nine styles come in under $90 (the leather ones being the most expensive at $88), so they're the perfect top-off to any outfit, without worrying about possibly wearing them out. They're fitted with memory foam CLOUDLIFT insoles too, so your feet won't hate you by the end of the day.
The Sidewalk sneaker is basically the ultimate spring/summer shoe, with its simple form and collection of colors. I'd recommend picking them up in a couple options.
