After Kardashian's floral couch Givenchy mishap at last year's ball, the reality star redeemed herself in a blue and black Lanvin gown with a high slit and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. The other half of the "World's Most Talked About Couple" sported a tailcoat, vest, and trousers, also by Lanvin, with a white Givenchy button-down and Balenciaga boots.
