Despite already being perhaps the world’s most talked about artist for all the wrong reasons, 20-year-old Miley Cyrus lit up a joint while receiving the Best Video Award for “Wrecking Ball” at MTV’s European Music Awards. The former Disney star had been tweeting before the award show about lighting up with singer Katy Perry as marijuana is legal in Amsterdam. As one person told Us Weekly, “It was so brazen, so shameless. It was so uncalled for.”
