Rick Perry will do his part for the Republican Party Thursday by helping Mitt Romney court top donors from his own disassembled presidential campaign. Rick will join Mitt on a conference call with potentially hundreds of participants. Perry, who first endorsed Newt Gingrich for president until he, too, dropped out of the race, encouraged his supporters to stand behind Mitt, telling them, "Our nation is in jeopardy because President Obama and Washington have saddled us with mountains of new federal debt, job-killing federal regulations and a disjointed foreign policy. It is critical that Mitt Romney and the Republicans win in November."
