The creator of the teenage drama Buffy the Vampire Slayer is pissed off. Joss Whedon emailed E! his reaction to the news that he will not be a part of the movie revival of the show. "This is a sad, sad reflection on our times, when people must feed off the carcasses of beloved stories from their youths-just because they can't think of an original idea of their own," he writes. Whedon is being replaced by Whit Anderson, a 29-year-old newcomer to Hollywood, who has been a fan of the show since her youth. "I always hoped that Buffy would live on even after my death. But, you know, AFTER," he tells E!
