Good luck, Lucas Papademos. He was formally sworn in as the head of Greece's new unity government and pledged to implement the bailout package and austerity plan agreed to by the European Union last month. Papademos, with his background as an economist and his role in helping Greece adopt the euro in 2001, is seen as a good choice for helping the country through its current financial troubles. But he'll face political challenges from the main opposition party and the divisions within former prime minister's socialist party. Finance minister Evangelos Venizelos will keep his post.
