Boyfriend Blues

Raffaello Follieri is probably a great guy—after all, he's Anne Hathaway's boyfriend. Still, trouble sticks to him like lint: a check-kiting case, a civil suit filed by Clinton pal Ron Burkle (both dropped). Now the New York attorney general is investigating a children's charity that Follieri runs. (Follieri says he's cooperating with the A.G.'s probe.) Hathaway once sat on the charity's board, but no more. Is it time to quit him, too?
