It set forth its Commitment to the Environment in 1992, and created a number of successful environmental initiatives since then. The company’s Green Factory and Green Office systems, introduced in 2007, allowed 371 of the company’s sites to achieve zero emissions for waste, which is more than any other company in Japan.
