Global economic growth is expected to shake off its standstill in 2010, according to a new forecast from the U.S.-based research firm the Conference Board. That's good news, especially for developing nations, which will account for an increasingly bigger share of the global pie:
3.5: Percentage projected growth of the world economy in 2010.
80: Percentage of that growth expected to be fueled by emerging or developing markets.
66: Percentage contribution to world GDP by advanced economies in 2000.
46.5: Percentage contribution to world GDP by advanced economies in 2009.
