The East Coast and mid-Atlantic are gearing up for round two of the "Snowpocalypse": New York City public schools will be closed on Wednesday due to a prediction of up to a foot of snow and the House has also postponed all votes for this week since the D.C. area expects up to 20 more inches. Winter-storm warnings have been issued for mid-Atlantic states, and the snow is expected to work its way up the East Coast and hit New York City sometime around midnight on Tuesday night.
