Obama Not So Transparent

One policy of his predecessor that President Obama has not rolled back: More than 300 people have sued the Obama administration for federal government records in the year since he promised the most transparent administration in history. The plaintiffs complain that little has changed since the Bush era, when many of them began pursuing records. The 319 lawsuits filed since January 2009 are more than the number for the final two years of the Bush administration: 278 and 298, respectively.
