Mitt Romney are locked in a dead-even sprint toward Election Day. The nominees are tied at 47 percent each among likely voters in the Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll. Obama leads 49 percent to 44 percent among registered voters. The margin of error in the poll for registered voters is plus or minus 3.1 percentage points. For likely voters, it is 3.43 percentage points.
