This November, just two weeks after Election Day, comes the release of a children’s book penned by President Obama. Titled Of Thee I Sing: A Letter to My Daughters, the book is part of a three-book deal with Random House, which Obama signed in 2004. The 40-page book, illustrated by Loren Long of The Little Engine That Could fame, looks at 13 lives of various inspirational Americans—George Washington, Jackie Robinson, and Georgia O’Keeffe among them. With this being the second published book in the deal, along with The Audacity of Hope, the president has one more book to go. According to The Guardian, Obama made about $5.5 million from book sales in 2009.
