During the Tehran funeral of Sanea Jaleh, a 26-year-old Iranian student killed in anti-government protests on Monday, more turmoil erupted as several people apparently linked to the opposition movement forced out funeral attendees and chanted "death to hypocrites." Police had blocked all roads leading to the funeral and were only allowing in pro-government supporters. In light of Monday's deadly clashes and more upset on Wednesday, Iranian authorities called for two opposition leaders to be tried and executed. Iran's President Ahmadinejad announced on Tuesday that the protests were "going nowhere" and vowed to punish those leading the movement. President Obama has sharply criticized the authorities' response.
