Newt Gringrich's soaring poll numbers—and a contrarian essay from an establishment-conservative heavyweight—are resurrecting speculation that he could pull out an early primary win despite his baggage. Newsweek columnist Paul Begala says that's not likely, but as a Democrat, he wishes it were.
